-_- Khloe Kardashian breaks down over Lamar as Kim says she can't keep putting her life on hold???

There were a lot of tears being shed on the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians last night.

After months of struggling to come to terms with her marriage break-down to troubled basketball star Lamar Odom, reality star Khloe took the first step to finally bringing it to an end in scenes that were filmed last year.

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe's close family friend Malika all sat down with the usually bubbly brunette to try and convince her she'd done all she could to save her marriage.

Kim tells Khloe that she should stop going to couple's therapy because estranged hubby Lamar doesn't even bother showing up. Khloe then began to sob as she says Lamar isn't taking her seriously when she threated him with divorce.
She then opens up about the pain of not seeing Lamar and how guilty she feels about finally giving up on their four year union. "It's not something I thought I'd have to do," Khloe sobs.

"It's not fair - it's not fair that this is even something anyone has to go through."

Meanwhile Kim, who also began to blub, replied: "But you don't have to go through it alone."

"It just sucks when you've given so much and you realise it still wasn't good enough for someone. You can't help but take it personal," Khloe replies.

The next day, the 29-year-old finally decided to file for divorce.

Meanwhile, Rob Kardashian's doctor warned he risked death if he didn't change his lifestyle.

Rob, who has been battling with fluctuating weight, sought medical help on the urging of his mother and manager, Kris Jenner, and the family were horrified by the results of his medical testing.

The doctor advised Rob was at risk of developing diabetes and eventual organ failure, prompting Kris to give her 26-year-old son a stark warning.

She told him "Your liver is shutting down. This is life-threatening at this point. You can only sustain this level of being unhealthy for so long."

Rob - whose father Robert Kardashian died aged just 59 from oesophageal cancer in 2003 - agreed he needed to make changes and was later praised by his personal trainer for his hard work in the gym.

The shocking news came weeks after the sock designer admitted to his older sister Khloe Kardashian that his weight gain has made him depressed.

He recently said: "I've never felt so down depressed in my life. I'm trying to be in the fashion industry and I'm not  going to be taken seriously when I'm fifty pounds overweight. It's embarrassing to the family."
