-_- Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s Cause Of Death Revealed !?!?.

Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s cause of death was recently released by the New York City’s Medical Examiners Office yesterday.

On an article by People, spokeswoman, Julie Bolcer stated:

Heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamine were found in his system. His death was ruled an accident.

This statement seems to enforce reports by Fox that syringes, perscription drugs, and small bags were found in Hoffman’s apartment during an initial sweep of the scene. There were also fifty envelopes with the words “Ace of Hearts” – a street name for heroin – found too.

Prior to his untimely death on February 2nd, Hoffman had a constant battle with drugs for the majority of his life. The most recent news of his battle prior to his death was when he checked himself in for drug abuse back in May 2013. That was after twenty years of sobriety. Since his death, there have been numerous stories associated with his situation with drugs which include a report by the Inquisitr that Hoffman’s dope dealer claimed 300 bags of heroine just for recreational use.

It is very unfortunate that such a well-known actor would pass on the same way a lot of famous people have within the last five years or so. Hoffman now joins a list of famous actors, singers, comedians, and spokespeople whom includes Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Cory Montieth, Greg Giraldo, Brittany Murphy, and Billy Mays. Phillip was actually in the middle of filming a vital and very important scene the second part of Mockingjay, the movie adaption of the third book in Suzanne Collin’s Hunger Games Trilogy. Prior to his role as Plutarch Heavensbee, he played roles in many well-known movies which include Scent of a Woman, Twister, and Boogie Nights. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in Capote. Phillip is also a recognized Broadway theater performer in which he received three Tony Award nominations: two for lead role in True West and Death of a Salesman, and one for best featured actor in Long Day’s Journey Into Night.

Hoffman was 46 when he died and is survived by his girlfriend Mimi O’Donnell and their three children.
