Michael Lohan and Kate Major are in the news for the wrong reasons again after he called police claiming she hit him multiple times in the face, reports say.

Kate was arrested on Thursday night after she was reportedly caught driving under the influence, before crashing into some bushes.

Now, less than a month after locking herself in her a bedroom, supposedly to escape from a knife-brandishing Michael, Kate is back in the gossip columns.

This time though, it's alleged that she started it.

TMZ reports that after another nasty fight broke out at their home in Florida (here's hoping they have a decent babysitter), Michael claims he was hit multiple times in the face by his young love.

Lohan reportedly made the call to police who arrived just in time to see Kate flee the scene in her car.

According to TMZ she was three times over the limit and struggled to find her nose with her finger.

Lohan was pictured with their one-year-old son this morning on his way to hear Kate's charges.

Now there's a memory they'll want to treasure.
