Demi Lovato is a very emotional young woman.

It doesn’t really matter if things are good or bad — if emotions are running high, then there’s a very strong possibility that Lovato is going to burst into tears. The singer told People magazine that she even gets a little misty when someone pays her a compliment.

“I’m so emotional. I cry all the time. One of my friends told me how proud she was of me and how I’ve come so far [and that's the last time I cried],” Demi Lovato explained.

The former X Factor judge also tends to get a wicked case of the butterflies from time to time. She added, “I get really nervous and insecure when I play guitar or piano onstage. My friend said, ‘Don’t think about it too much, just play.’”
