Nooooo! Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are officially not BFF’s anymore. We can’t think of a time we’ve been this sad.

The pop stars – who have been best friends for over five years – have grown apart recently due to Selena’s on off on off back on relationship with Justin Bieber. We would so chose having Taylor as our bezzie over Bieber as our boyfriend…

Sources told Us magazine that Taylor and Selena had gradually become less close, especially after Swifty – who once dubbed Selena “the closest thing I have to a sister” –thought she was using pal Ed Sheeran to make The Biebs jealous.

And, the magazine revealed, the girls’ already rocky friendship took a turn for the worse when news broke that Selena and Justin had spent the past weekend together.

Taylor saw this as the final straw, and is “disgusted” by the former Disney star’s decision.

Last August Selena said: “I think girls need to be more supportive of each other. I definitely agree with that. I'm all about that. Taylor has been one of those girls. We have been friends for five years. She is very strong. She doesn't care what people think and she inspires me.”

Oh come on girls, you can’t let Biebs get in the way of this beautiful friendship.

We hope these two make up soon. In the meantime, it looks like Taylor has chosen New Zealand born singer Lorde as her new bezzie pal…
